英國英式搖滾（Brit-pop）勁旅 Suede，繼主音 Brett Anderson 之前單拖來港開show後，今夏終於與全隊 Suede 再次重臨香港！ Suede The Greatest Hits Tour Live In Hong Kong 2011，將於2011年8月11日假亞洲國際博覽館舉行。
樂隊靈魂人物 Brett Anderson 在歷經與昔日戰友、結他手 Bernard Butler 曾另組 The Tears 樂團，二人亦分別發行多張個人專輯。直至2010年， Suede 終於以 Brett Anderson、Mat Osman、Simon Gilbert、Richard Oakes 及 Neil Codling 的組合復出演唱，此消息一出，讓許多曾經心碎的樂迷，重燃滿腔熱血。
曲風頹廢而華麗的 Suede 再次重臨香港，今次誓必迫爆亞洲國際博覽館！由 Midas Promotions 呈獻 – Suede The Greatest Hits Tour Live In Hong Kong 2011，將於2011年8月11日假亞洲國際博覽館 Hall 8 舉行。

樂隊簡介
Suede是一支英國搖滾樂隊，樂隊成立於1989年。樂隊早起由主唱Brett Anderson、結他手Bernard Butler、貝斯手Mat Osman、鼓手Simon Gilbert所組成。1992年Suede樂隊被認為是英國最好的樂隊，吸引了音樂界的注意。1993年他們的首張專輯《Suede》就成為排行榜第一，成為近十年內最暢銷的處女專輯，並贏得了英國水星音樂大獎，推動了英式搖滾運動的發展。但是從Suede的第二張豪華專輯《Dog Man Star (1994)》，可以看出樂隊刻意與同時代的其他的英式搖滾樂隊保持距離。雖然《Dog Man Star (1994)》被認為是Suede的傑作之一，但是錄製過程卻充滿困難，結他手Butler與主唱Anderson的爭吵不斷升級，最終Butler離開了樂隊。
1996年隨着Richard Oakes和隨後的鍵盤手Neil Codling的加入，新組合的Suede發佈的《Coming up》專輯在商業上獲得巨大成功。《Coming up》位居英國排行榜首位，有五首單曲名列單曲前十，成為Suede在全球賣的最多的專輯。1997年樂隊主唱Anderson染上了毒癮。雖然樂隊有諸多問題，但是Suede的第四張專輯《Head Music (1999)》仍然是英國排行榜榜首。樂隊的最後一張專輯《 A New Morning (2002)》-- 樂隊與Nude Records唱片公司決裂後的首張專輯，在商業上失敗了，樂隊隨後於2003年解散。經過審慎思考後，樂隊於2010年重新回歸舞台，並舉辦了一系列演唱會。
樂隊的主唱 Brett Anderson 在1967年9月29日出生於離倫敦不遠的一個小鎮上，父親是的士司機，母親則是一位不太成功的藝術家。 Brett Anderson 本名 Brett Lewis Anderson 是樂隊的靈魂人物，兼作詞作曲極具才華。Anderson雌雄同體和獨特的嗓音在早期征服了整個英國。

Love and Poison (released 1993) is a live concert video of Suede's show at the Brixton Academy venue on 16 May 1993, notable mainly for its collection of early songs from their debut album Suede. Along with the nine songs from the album were four B-sides.
Love and Poison seen a DVD release on the deluxe re-issue of Suede's self titled debut album (2011).
Dean Carlson of Allmusic rated the video 4 stars, praising guitarist Bernard Butler's performance, however criticised director W.I.Z.'s camera techniques.

Originally released in 1995, Introducing The Band captures the band at a pivotal point in their career - with the then unknown 17 year old schoolboy Richard Oakes boldly stepping into the shoes of their recently departed original guitarist - and the stellar success of next album Coming Up still a long way off.Unsurprisingly then, the furious performances are of a band with everything to play for. Visually too, the tour was one of the band's most ambitious with the inclusion of specially commissioned backdrop films provided by the late Derek Jarman's production team, creating a rich and often gorgeous multimedia experience.

Bloodsports以節奏激昂的Barriers揭開序幕，令人想起經典前作如Beautiful Ones及So Young。Barriers慶祝不隨波逐流的自由、無分界限的浪漫、不循規蹈矩的生活態度。首張單曲It Starts And Ends With You，以感性誘人的流行曲調，描述愛與迷戀的甜蜜災難。貫穿專輯第二首單曲Hit Me的是沈溺、迷戀，充斥著搖滾的活力和暴力的況味。整體而言，Bloodsports看到Suede再次回到最佳狀態，並已準備好踏上全新的音樂旅程。
